Delivery Advice

We respect your confidentiality. All orders are discretely packaged in plain outer packaging (brown or white padded envelopes or boxes) with no company advertising or logos.There is a discrete return address on the front of the parcel under your address.

With 2 Royal Mail collections each day and 1 courier collection each afternoon, we believe we offer the best change of a speedy UK delivery available. Please advise us immediately of any address corrections, as we pick, pack and post orders fast to get the goods to you without delay.

All our UK deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service. Larger orders are shipped by UK Royal Mail Special Delivery or UK courier

Orders need to be placed before 4pm weekdays to achieve the highest chance of next working day delivery.

UK Orders:
We aim to get your order into the next Royal Mail or courier collection available after you order is received. This is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 1 and 3 working days (as a guide) for UK delivery (and longer when seasonal pressures slow the Royal Mail service such as Christmas and over bank holidays).

International Orders:

Delivery and Invoicing details must match for us to accept your order. Please give a LAND telephone contact number for office hrs. Please allow up to 14 days for standard international delivery.

We only send to destinations offering Internationational trackable services by Courier or Airsure. This is a trackable but non time guaranteed priorty service. Please allow between 3-7 days for delivery internationally by Airsure within Europe.10-14 days for all other areas.

Orders not received within 7 days of dispatch for UK & 14 days for international should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number. e-mail customerservices@accessdiagnostics.co.uk
